Shelly - Hygienist
Shelly has been a valued member of Dr. Gary Torres’s office since 2004 after graduating from dental hygiene school in 2003. She loves her career because of the wonderful patients she cares for and the amazing team she works alongside. Born in West Virginia and raised in Titusville, Shelly enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, camping, and painting in her free time.
Amy - Assistant
Amy has been working in dentistry since the early 1990s and enjoys how every day brings something new to learn. She especially appreciates seeing how advancements in technology have transformed the field over the years. Born and raised in Titusville, Florida, Amy has been married for over 30 years and is proud to have two grown children. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, traveling, and enjoying her fur babies.
Kaitlyn - Reception & Social Media
Kaitlyn brings a creative and enthusiastic approach to her role at the front desk, helping create a welcoming experience for every patient. She manages the practice’s social media, where she enjoys sharing fun, informative content and highlighting the personality of the office. She loves finding new ways to make dental care feel approachable and engaging. Originally from Virginia, Kaitlyn has since relocated to Florida and enjoys baking, visiting theme parks with her husband , and caring for their pets.
Malorie - Hygenist
Mallorie has been a dental hygienist for over 10 years and is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles. She especially enjoys educating others on ways to improve their oral health and building confidence through patient care. A proud mom of three, Mallorie stays busy with her family and embraces the joy they bring to her life. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending quality time with her loved ones.
Laurie - Assistant
Laurie has 30 years of experience in the dental field, with a background in both periodontics and general dentistry. She completed her radiology certification at Valencia College and earned her EFDA at the University of Florida. She takes pride in ensuring patients feel comfortable in the chair while also being well-informed about their dental health and treatment needs. Her attention to detail and dedication to patient care make her a valued member of our team.
Ilian - Reception & Office Manager
Ilian has over 20 years of experience in the dental field and enjoys helping people through the work she does. She takes pride in providing excellent patient care and creating a positive experience for those she serves. Ilian is happily married and has two children and two grandsons. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
Kristen - Hygenist
Kristen graduated from the University of Florida in 1997 with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology, and later earned her dental hygiene degree in 2005. She enjoys helping patients better understand their oral health and guiding them toward healthier smiles. A local resident, Kristen shares her home with her Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her boyfriend, Steve.
April - Hygienist
April Gomez graduated from dental hygiene school in 2005 and has been dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care ever since. She takes pride in helping patients feel at ease while focusing on their oral health and overall well-being. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and relaxing at the beach.
